When your customer would like you to return their extracted tooth containing a non-amalgam restoration, give them one of these envelopes.
They are preprinted with our return address and return postage is paid. They are made of a sturdy Tyvek material to help prevent loss in transit.
Upon receipt, we appraise the metal content in any non-amalgam restorations, crowns, implants, dentures, etc. and mail a check to the customer. Any mercury amalgam is properly recycled by us and kept out of the environment.
